  • Size - GBA - 160 000 sqm - 150 000 Parking - Full site 54 hectare developement greenfield site.

  • Project Team - Principle Imraan Ho Yee, Peter Bruyns

  • Role - Senior Design Architect

  • Responsibility - Development of brief and sketch design, urban and architecture, Design and design development documentation including presentation and sdp submission. Client and consultant coordination.
